Who is responsible
Katerina Seirli, a photographer working in Athens, Greece, trading as Framed by Katerina. Questions about anything on this page go to info@framedbykaterina.com, and they get a real answer rather than a form.
Registered business details are being finalised and will be published here before the site goes live.
When you write to me
The contact form sends me your name, your email address and your message. That is the whole of it. There is no account to create and no newsletter to unsubscribe from. The message is delivered by Resend, which handles the sending and keeps a short delivery log, and it lands in an ordinary mailbox. I keep enquiries for as long as we might still be talking about a shoot, and delete them after two years. Ask me to delete yours sooner and I will.
When you book a session
Bookings are made on Cal.com, not on this site. Clicking through to the calendar takes you to their pages, under their privacy policy, and what you type there reaches me as a booking notification.
Cookies
Nothing below is set until you accept it. Refuse, and the site works exactly the same. I just learn nothing about which pages people read. You can change your mind at any time from , and the same link sits in the footer of every page.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email info@framedbykaterina.com and I will answer within a month. If you think I have got it wrong, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
Photographs
Your photographs are yours. I ask separately, in writing, before any image from your session appears in the portfolio or on social media. A no costs you nothing. It is not a condition of booking, you can withdraw it later, and I will take the image down.
